Business Strategy

QRxPharma’s overall business strategy is to commercialize late-stage development products obtained through either the acquisition of companies or in-licensing of compounds.  The Company’s Dual Opioid® program has a series of formulations that will be launched in the coming years by a targeted sales force who will cover over 30% of the $7 billion US opioid prescription market.  QRxPharma envisions the first Dual Opioid product launch (MoxDuo® IR [Q8003 IR]) may occur as early as 2010, at which time the Company will have secured further resources to advance additional pipeline products to market as they mature through clinical development. QRxPharma will initially focus operations in North America and seeks marketing partners for Europe, Australia and Asia.  QRxPharma also anticipates that, in some instances, business alliances may emerge that are structured in the form of co-development and/or co-promotion arrangements.
